[M110 &M220] Paper cannot be detected

Paper not detected usually caused by the following reasons:
Paper not extended, abnormal sensor data

1.Before printing, the paper needs to be extended so that it is correctly pressed down by the rollers.


2. If the paper is installed correctly and "No Paper" is still prompted, try resetting the sensor data.
① Connect to Print Master


② Close the cover without paper.


③You will receive the message "Label paper abnormality" in the app, Click "Still not resolved".



④  Click "Reset" in the new pop-up page, wait for 5 seconds, and then reboot the printer.


3.If after trying the above steps, your problem is still not resolved.
