Paper not detected usually caused by the following reasons:
Paper not extended, abnormal sensor data
1.Before printing, the paper needs to be extended so that it is correctly pressed down by the rollers.
2. If the paper is installed correctly and "No Paper" is still prompted, try resetting the sensor data.
① Connect to Print Master
② Close the cover without paper.
③Please follow the on-screen instructions to first remove the label, then close the cover and perform the sensor reset procedure
3.If after trying the above steps, your problem is still not resolved.
