If your printer experiences a paper jam, follow these troubleshooting steps to make sure paper feeding smoother.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Reinstall the label
Please reinstall the paper roll and pull the label out from the paper outlet when installing.
2. Check the print head
①Please check whether there is dirt or glue on the print head, rubber roller, and paper outlet, and clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

②Please check if there is any paper stuck in the black rubber roller. If so, please use tweezers to carefully remove the paper and clean the print head.
3. Change label
Please try printing with another roll of paper to check whether the printer can print normally.
If the Problem Still Persists
If the issue remains unresolved, please provide the following information for further analysis:
1.Double-click the power button to see if the printer can automatically print a self-test page.
2. Please record a video of the printer's black rubber roller rotating for us.
The steps are as follows:
①Please remove the label and cover the sensor with a piece of paper or card.
②Click the power button, and observe and record whether the black rubber roller rotates.
3. Please provide us your printer sn information.
4.Order number and purchase time.
