[D30] How to avoid printing blank
Blank printouts are usually caused by the following reasons:
The print head is covered, The paper is loaded backwards, The paper's gone bad.
1. Be sure load the paper in the true direction
Since only one side of the thermal paper can be printed, check that the print side of the thermal paper is facing left.

2. Be sure the print head is not covered
Please open the cover to remove the paper roll and check whether the print head position is jammed by labels or foreign objects.
Clean the print head with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to make sure there is no dirt or stickers on the print head.

3. Keep the paper in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight.
If the paper roll is kept in a humid environment or exposed to direct sunlight for a long time,
the thermal reactive layer may deteriorate and the image may not be displayed properly.
1. Thermal paper should be stored in a dry, cool environment. When not in use, keep it sealed to avoid exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, open flames, heat sources, or high moisture conditions.
2. Under conditions of 0-35°C with 65±5% relative humidity, single-layer and triple-layer thermal materials can preserve their print quality for 2 to 3 years.
3. The printed side should not be stuck face-to-face, should not come into contact with packing tape, and should not touch plastic wrap, as this may cause fading or discoloration.
4. Consumables should have external packaging, preferably sealed in plastic film. After each use, reseal the packaging properly. Rolls should be stored upright.
