Business Printer are compatible with the Print Master(App), Labelife(PC) and Direct Print(Windows, Mac).
How to connect with Print Master
1. Placement of printing paper
2. turn on your printer and Charge
Press and hold the power button to power on，
Then charge it via the supplied charging cord.
Note: If the power adapter is used,
it needs to be compatible with 5V/2A,
otherwise it may cause damage to the printer.
3. Print Master App Download

4. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth
Depending on the requirements of Ios or Android,the Bluetooth functionality may require the following permissions：
Ios:
location, photos, bluetooth, camera, network permissions.
Android:
location, camera, storage space, network permissions.
5. Open the Print Master App and go to the Connection Page
We can find the connect button in the top right corner of the homepage
Connect via Bluetooth search
7. Confirm the remaining power of the printer
Go back to the Bluetooth Connections page and locate your connected printer.
Select it, and we'll be able to check its remaining battery level and more information about the hardware.
8. Print Test
Edit your favourite content and test print results
a. Create a new label, fill in the label properties. Then click the Confirm to enter the design page.
b. On the design page, click "Print Label" to get printing.
c. Enter into the print page, you can set the offset and the number of copies of the content.
d. Start print!
