Business Printer are compatible with the Print Master(App), Labelife( Windows, Mac and Direct Print(Windows, Mac). 



1. Download labelife and driver

① Visit the download page on the official Phomemo website.

② Depending on your printer model and computer type, select the appropriate software and driver.

2. Installation of software and drivers

Note: The printer should be power on and connected to the computer when installing the driver and software.


3. Connection to software

① If the printer is switched on and connected to the computer, labelife will automatically detect the printer model. 
② Start printing!



Installation of the driver

Same as the first two steps for printing via software. 
Open the software that supports printing on your computer, select the corresponding printer and start printing.

If the printer is not detected or software crash, start the troubleshooting process with the following steps↓

Common Connection Problems and Solutions

If Printer is not detected

1. Confirm whether the printer and computer communicate normally
① Search and open “Device Manager" from the start menu


② Press and hold the power button to power on,Then Connected to the computer via charging cord. 

③ Check if the Device Manager interface automatically refreshes after plugging in.

Note: For this test, use the supplied original charging cord, if it doesn't work then try to use another one. 
• If the screen refreshes, it means that the device has been detected,
   It's possible that the printer is using the wrong driver, see the next section for troubleshooting.
• If the screen did not refresh, try to replace the USB cable or USB port and try again.     
• If it cannot be detected at all, contact after-sales for further troubleshooting.


If Labelife failed to start

1. Prompted lack of .net core, unable to open labelife

If your computer belongs to an organization, then its C drive may be under protection, preventing the installation of the framework.
In this case, please seek help from the relevant IT administrator in your company.

For systems above Windows 7,
it is recommended to download: .NET Framework 4.8

For Windows 7 systems,
it is suggested to download: .NET Framework 4.6.1

② Scroll down the page to find the offline installer, then click “Runtime” for download the installer.




③ Run the installer in administrator 


⑤ Wait for the installation to complete and try to open labelife again.


2. If  NET. Core has installed, but still can't open labelife.
• If you are now using a 64-bit version, try downloading and use the 32-bit Labelife software. 
• If you are now using a 32-bit version, try downloading and use the 64-bit Labelife software.

If labelife would freeze or flash out after a while of being open
① Find cmd and open it in administrator 

② Enter and return “winmgmt /salvagerepositorywinmgmt /verifyrepositorywinmgmt /resetrepository” to calibrate the system library


③ Enter and return “sfc /SCANNOW” for system self-check and repair


④ Try to run the labelife again, if it doesn't fix it, please contact after-sales service for further troubleshooting.
