Troubleshooting Steps
1. Download the right app
①Please download the APP named "Print master" from Google or App Store.
②Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, turn on the printer, and click on the upper right corner to search for pairing in Print Master.
2. If the printer cannot be searched
① Turn on the D30 and try to connect it again without charging.
② Make sure others devices that used to be connected to the D30 have been disconnected, D30 cannot be searched when Bluetooth is occupied.
3. Unpair and reconnect
If the APP is downloaded correctly but you still cannot connect to the printer, please cancel the pairing on your phone and reconnect the printer.

4. Reset the printer
Use a paper clip or similar tool to poke the round hole next to the charging port.
If the Problem Still Persists
If the issue remains unresolved, please provide the following information for further analysis:
1.Please double-click the power button, print the self-test page and provide us with the sn information.
2.Please record a video of you failing to connect to Bluetooth.
3..Please provide us with the phone model, phone system version, and APP version
4.Order number and purchase time.
