[M110/M220 Series] Consumables Features
1. Waterproof and Material Category
1）Our label is a thermal synthetic paper, which is better than other paper rolls.
Thermal synthetic paper is water resistant, oil resistant, friction resistant. Lifetime lasting. So you can use it with confidence.
2）In an environment of 0-35°C and RH65+5%, the writing on single-proof and triple-proof thermal sensitive materials can be preserved for up to 2~3 years.
But only lightly waterproof, please do not put the label in water. The waterproof mentioned above means that a small amount of water is splashed on the paper, and the writing can still be clearly seen.
If your label is used in an environment that is often exposed to water, please choose our synthetic paper label with strong water resistance.
For example, transparent labels, gold and silver glitter labels, etc.

M110/M220 uses thermal printing technology and supports the following three thermal label types:

2. Storage duration and storage environment
1) Thermal paper should be stored in a dry and cool environment and should be kept sealed when not in use. Avoid storage in direct sunlight, moisture, open fire, heat source or high humidity environment;
2) Under the relative environment of 0-35℃ and RH65±5%, the writing of single-proof and triple-proof thermal materials can be preserved for up to 2~3 years;
But if the thermal paper is heated and exposed to light for a long time or placed in a humid area, it may fade faster than the standard time. Of course, long-term exposure to chemicals will also shorten the storage time.
3) The printed surfaces cannot be pasted face to face, cannot contact with sealing glue, and cannot contact with plastic wrap, otherwise fading or discoloration will occur;
4) Consumables should have outer packaging, and plastic film sealing packaging is recommended. They should be sealed again after each use, and the rolls should be stacked upright.
3. Label sizes
M110 supports label width: 20-50 mm, maximum effective printing width 48 mm.
M220 supports label width: 20-75 mm, maximum effective printing width 72 mm.
