Labelife Connection Problem Troubleshooting(M110, M220,M221...)

[Printer not detected in the software]

1. Unofficial data cable
Verify using original data cable. Randomly included cable has specially designed bandwidth for the printer. Third-party cables may cause communication failures. Note the original cable has visibly wider connectors than standard USB cables. As shown by the white cable.


2. The computer's services are not starting
① Try restarting the computer and then connecting again.
② If you still can't connect to the printer, search for "service" in the start - menu and open it.

③ Locate "plug and play" and "print spooler" and restart them manually.

3.  Abnormalities in the USB port of the computer
① Search and open “Device Manager" from the start menu

② Press and hold the power button to power on,Then Connected to the computer via charging cord. 


③ Check if the Device Manager interface automatically refreshes after plugging in.
• If the screen refreshes, it means that the device has been detected,
   It's possible that the printer is using the wrong driver, see the next section for troubleshooting.
• If the screen did not refresh, try to replace the office USB cable or USB port and try again.     
• If it cannot be detected at all, contact after-sales for further troubleshooting.


4. WMI Database Exception
① Find cmd and open it in administrator 

② Enter the following commands in sequence to calibrate the WMI database:
● winmgmt/salvagerepositorywinmgmt
● winmgmt/verifyrepositorywinmgmt
● winmgmt /resetrepository


③ Restart your computer and try to run labelife again.

[Connection or Driver exception occurs]


1.  The printer is not powered on
Unplug the data  cable. If the indicator light or the screen of the printer goes off, it means the printer is not powered on.
For models with LED :
When charging and not powered on, the LED blinks rapidly.
For models with a screen:
When charging and not powered on, the screen displays "charging".

2. The driver may not be installed properly
a. Visit the following link to download the driver:
b. Unzip the package and double-click to start the installation.

3. WMI Database Exception
① Find cmd and open it in administrator 

② Enter the following commands in sequence to calibrate the WMI database:
● winmgmt/salvagerepositorywinmgmt
● winmgmt/verifyrepositorywinmgmt
● winmgmt /resetrepository
③ Restart your computer and try to run labelife again.
