If your printer cannot charge, follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure that the device is working properly.
Troubleshooting Steps
① Check the power supply
Make sure that the wall plug and socket have power. You can try to connect other devices to the same socket to confirm that it is working properly.
② Replace the charging cable and adapter
Try to use other charging cables and charging heads with an output power of 5V-2A, charge for 1 hour, and check whether the printer can charge normally.
③ Check the power of the printer
Before fully charging, check the power of the printer. After using the printer for half an hour, check the battery status again.
④ Restart the printer
After charging for half an hour, disconnect the power supply, use a thimble or similar tool to poke the round hole next to the power port, and the printer indicator light will go out. Then try to turn on the printer to see if it works.

① Please record a video of the device failing to start when plugged in.
② Please take a picture of the charger specification and send it to us.
