[D30] How to Avoid Offset Prints
Print offset are usually caused by the following reasons:
Incorrect label position when printing, wrong template of label selected, Use Unofficial labels, Incorrect label placement
1. Verify that the label is official and installed correctly.
Place the labelled side to the left and pull the consumable out flat.
2. Click the Feed button to position the label for calibration.

3. Confirm that the set label size and template are correct
You can read the instructions on the box or measure with a ruler to get the dimensions of the label.
3. If the label template is selected correctly, and the print is still offset, try to remove the label and reset the sensor data.
(1)Remove the label roll.
(2) Close the cover and press and hold the power button for ten seconds with power on
(3) The status light will turn off from red and then turn on yellow after a while.
(4) After the yellow light is on, release the power button, the sensor data reset is complete.
