[D30]Booting Problems

Problem Description

If your printer no paper feeding, follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure that the device is working properly.

Troubleshooting Steps


1.Check paper loading

Please reinstall the paper roll, pulling the labels out from the paper outlet when installing.

2.Replace the charging cable and adapter

If it still cannot be started, try to replace another  charging cable and 5V-2A charging head, and restart the printer after charging for half an hour.


If the Problem Still Persists

If the issue remains unresolved, please provide the following information for further analysis:

① Please record a video of the device failing to start when plugged in.
② Please take a picture of the charger specification and send it to us.

③Order number and purchase time.
We will forward this information to our technical team for analysis to help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
